The last year or so I've brought IGBC from a faction barely alive, to one, while still pretty much in the same condition, it now has many services available to the public. Andric will be taking over as leader in teh next few days and he will keep the faction doing what its been doing for the last year.

 My reason for leaving should be quite obvious over the next few days, so its not goodbye, merely farewell.
