Krath Holonet News Stream

In the last few days, Black Sun ships gathered in deep space, within Krath territory. A rag-tag band of mis-matched ships grouped together to undoubtedly perpetrate some dastardly and deviant plans. Due to intelligence obtained, and rapid responses by local Krath forces, the Black Sun ships were scanned, recorded and tagged. Soon after arrival, various Black Sun ships began to flee the area, though by the haphazard nature of the departures its obvious that no great admiral was behind the operation. Or even a semi-competent one at that.

To further compound their inadequecies, the majority of the ships present were personally owned; it would appear that Black Sun cannot afford to even supply their own ships, and must resort to using their employee’s ships. Even then, the assorted collection of YT-510s, ETA-2s and the occasional Modular Taskforce Cruiser or YV-666 would hold little challenge to the greeting of the MC-80b KMS Empress Teta and attached X-Wing flights. The only true warship they had, an Namana-class Light Cruiser, would of been of little challenge.

It would seem that the once mighty Black Sun is of little consequence these days, only managing to gather a paltry force of little consequence, even if it is so very far from their home. Is this a last desperate gamble before they sell themselves into the slavery that is called the Imperial Union? Will the Galactic Empire continue to drag in the dregs of the galaxy to prop up its decadent and corrupt heirarchy? How long until the legendary Eidolan pirates are tasked with controlling the Imperial Union, for the ‘betterment’ of the galaxy?
